Storage & Shelf Life: specific to product type.
Hard cooked products have a shelf life is 9 weeks from the date of manufacture when stored between 33-40°F. Product is best when used within 2-3 days from opening. Do not freeze product.
Frozen diced hard cooked eggs have a shelf life of 1 year from the date of manufacture when kept frozen. Prior to use, the product should be thawed for 2-3 days at refrigeration (36 – 45°F). Once thawed, the product shall be used within 3 to 5 days.
